Nurses day supper, have to be special. As an encouragement for ourself. Not bad...
This sweets have to be take with the ice cream and the coke below.... It's look great... but...I'm not use to try with that....lol..feel weird.
My favourite coke... but it contain high sugar and gases, OMG....I can't take much.
Break time have a cup ice-cream.... great.... and FAT................. How can I be slim with kinda temptation ....... HELP....
