Working holiday Day 27 (23102015)

Yesterday quite tired especially after work. Thank God for a good coffee on the short break in a mall. 

In the mall, so good that my good brother vs pastor called me up and chit chatting with me. Really enjoy the coffee time!!!

Miss all those coffee time in Malaysia!


Last night when I saw the roster of next week I know I should attend the course for the mission. 

Night time I talk to the brother again, he keep telling me the problem of our youth service and the youth ministry. While talking to him, I know that he should be the one helping to solve this not just knowing and waiting "someone" to do it. I try to encourage him to voice our once again. Thank God, this early morning I received a message, he finally talked to my cell group leader again. Praise Lord!!!

Working holiday Day 26 (22102015)

Today early in the morning only realize they wish to cook together in my homestay. Suddenly I miss the bean curd so much, so I rather riding to the Asian market and buy it. Hahahaha.

After that I rest for sometimes and start to prepare for work again. 

Tired but quite enjoy the resting moment. No people I miss, no noise... Just have plenty time for my own!

Working holiday Day 25 (21102015)

Today I'm awake dam early. I adjust my alarm at 9.30am. I keep on forced myself to rest, but still finally get up on 9am th latest. 

I washed my cloths and finished my breakfast. All I have to do is, lying on the sofa and looking for a movie! Gosh! I got a nice movie as well. "Heaven is for real". 


Really impress with this movie. The little boy simply just go to the heaven and believe in Jesus. 

One of the scene I love the most in the movie is the man write few sentences in the paper as below:
"Only faith opens our eyes
God is LOVE ❤️
On earth as it is in heaven."

Only we believe by faith, we can be save!!! I trust you Lord. 

Later might need to meet Sister Irene. Nervous and excited +++

Hmm... Have a great talk with sister Irene but is not what I'm expecting. She was having a ministry which their target is to share gospel to "Malay". It just like what I'm going to the conference "love Muslim on purpose" She told me that they are having a training for that on every Thursday. God, I really don't know is that you want me to have it or not. God, please arrange for me a great time, if I'm available, I will go! I hope to prepare myself and used by you in future. Lord, help me! 

I just wish to keep my life simple for you, alone.

Working holiday Day 24 (20102015)

Today is Tuesday. Is the first Pay Day I have in New Zealand. Thank God.

I got plenty time to do my devotion and enjoyed my afternoon at time alone. 


At night, I got a movie in the movie list named "faith of our fathers". That's a great Christian movie. 

I really get inspired with the movie. 


The man keep shared about Jesus even in danger and before dead. He is really a good model that I can learn from. 

I want to have faith like him. God please grant me with more faith to believe in you.

Working holiday Day 23 (19102015)

Again, today is the second week I work in the restaurant. 

Funny thing is I don't know who's my boss's father. I asked him whether he want to eat anything, he say he want a dim sum yet he say he don't have money, ask me to treat him eat. Lolz... Gosh... I'm fooled by him. 

Thank God, again I have a chance to share something with the China flat mate who have interest to know about Christ. I hope I can let her know you more and more Lord. 

My healthy diet for today!!!

Maybe due to the chrysanthemum tea that I have, I stay awake till midnight. I watch my favorite movie which I miss out th change to watch it in the cinema. 

My kindergarten friend Wan Wei, she just broke up with her boy friend. I text her in messenger. She told me about what she think and we talk about how our thinking about relationship. Suddenly don't know when, I start talk about Jesus. I hope she can know about God. 

After all she just reply me a "Amin" Lolz.... 

God, I know you love her, open her heart to know more about you. 😊

Working Holiday Day 22 (18102016)

Today is Sunday. This is the day I'm waiting for. Chit-chatting with my friend and cousin. 

Too bad was in late to the service. Aiks... Windy.... 

Really so bad!!! I'm sorry God.

3. Because God is in control, then my prayers have impact.

God hear me , remember me, see me, concern me.

Right after the service, my church sister Ting came to approach me and talk to me once again. Throughout the conversation, I found something interesting! She met her marriage mentor. She told me that her church was good as she has a good marriage mentor to help their marriage as they are new and need some guidance in their marriage. That's was cool. I didn't realize it can be a mentoring system in marriage as well. Wow... 

Busy day for today as we keep shopping for food. From the day after I might need to work everyday except Sunday! Haha. But I thank God as well, as I'm really appreciate God listen to my prayer and grant my Sunday off just for him alone. 

Something disappointment me was my ex flat mate Amy and Kimb they not interest to join the service. Too bad. But they planning to cook for me, my favorite Bak Kut Teh! 😉


Once again we attend the evening section!!! 
Broken vessel!!! That's the song I love! 

At first, I thought I might be feel sleepy and boring as the brother shared about the church mission trip. I tell God, talk to me or else I might fall asleep. 

I really not able to concentrate until the section of life chat. This brother and another sis, sis Irene were share about their life which use by God for mission. Especially when sis Irene shared about her needs during her serving time for the mission trip, I sudden feel that God is talking to me. 

I don't know why... I just feel I should talk to her. She might able to guide me when I'm in doubt of serving God in future. But the problem is, I told God, if you want me to go for some mission, let her approach me as another confirmation. 

I think that's quite impossible for her to approach me if I'm leaving right after the service. So when the service end, me and Elsa stand up and walk out the church. During that time, I told God, see...she not approach me, so I'm not going to do anything. After I told God, I turn behind, I saw sis Irene. She walk towards me and start to approach me. Gosh.... If just a normal approach, I think I might escape again. But she asked us to leave our contact to her and I know this is what God want me to do, I'm not hiding anymore. She was in a rush and yet she spend time to get our contact. God, that's unbelievable. 

After the gathering when I reach home, I refresh the incident happened in the church. I know I should tell the sister Irene what's going on with me.

She date me for a coffee this Wednesday. I know I will be nervous for the unknown thing might be happened. I know God lead me to her and I think I can learn something from her. Nervous with more excitement which God has his great plan for me soon.

Working holiday Day 21 (17102015)

Today is the busiest day in the week. Morning section is like a war. I keep on pushing the trolley non stop. Finally.... Able to be settle down. Finally. But thinking of the "off day" on Sunday. I became energetic. Without God, I can't have the power and strength to overcome it. 

Night section is not that busy as what's I imagine. But that's the worse thing as I'm really suffering like what's pastor said. I keep on looking for something that I can do, but there's nothing I can help much. Another incident which make me sad is... I had take the order, the boss asked another guy to take the order again.... Gosh!!! Make me like an idiot. I hate this feeling so much God. But is better than I do something wrong. Thank you for the protection as well. Without you I think I will be mad too. 

Another thing I really dislike about is the negative environment. They really make fun and defame the two foreign worker in front of them with he language they can't know. Gosh! What can I do God? I'm helpless. This make me really wish to voice out for them. Really speechless with what they do. 


But I saw both my boss give in their hard work for the restaurant. One of them dry up the crockery, one of them wipe the table. Bravo!!! Praise Lord, this is what I can learn from them. 

Working holiday Day 20 (16102015)

Today is a great day. Although normally should be damn busy during the Friday night, but unusually which God make the day quite free. Our boss Vivian asked us to go home early. Yeah.... 

That night actually have been assigned to wash toilet. Hurray... I escaped from that. Praise Lord!!!

I able to summarize the 30 days of devotion into some point form. That's really great! Maybe I'm worry that I could not be able to sleep after I summarize those notes, God make me have more rest after all. Praise Lord!!!

This is my home cook very successful Tom yam pasta with this paste. Yummy!!!
