Early morning ~~~ 9am somethings wake up for gym....
After a cup of milo, solve my hunger feel for whole night. Straight to carry on my cardio training at gym. Usually 1st things I will have a ride, but my favourite "ride" not available so I get another training 1st.
So call elliptical train I think.
After the training, finally loss 153 kcals.... next aims...160kcals in 25mins... actually I can be better and better soon... after the training as usual back to the ride and some normal weight train...
After the gym, hungry ++ go hunt for food.... I prefer to take healthy and less oil diet, but still need search for somethings I likes... ^^
Finally brought this...Long time I didn't get to drink this.... miss it....orange juice...
