This is a testimonial of my life which was changed by love of God who died on the cross for my sin. I was born on 15-5-1988. When I was 9 months old, my mother told me that I’m having difficulties in passing motion due to my colon had a knot , so the Dr. advised for an operation. My uncle who happen to be a pastor, knows about my problem, and he pray for me in a prayer meeting. He asked God to heal me with his healing hands so that I can escape from the surgery. God did answer his prayer. God still love me even I was just a 9 months old baby girl. Before my turn to get into the operation room, my mother was told that there is a baby need to undergo an emergency operation, so my operation time has to be delay. During the waiting period, our prayer move God into action by healing me. I’m healed without any surgery needed. It is the work of God that I experienced and thank God for his wonderful love.
When I was young, my mother will bring us to Sunday school every Sunday. I started to learn more about Jesus through my Sunday school teacher. I also learn to pray to god when I’m in trouble. One day, when my teacher fetch me to school like usual, she said to me: “Pey Wen, can you pray for me?” I answer, “Yes, of course. So what do you want me to pray for?” and she said: “can you pray for me so that we can reach the school with enough petrol? Because we will definitely be late if we go to fill up the petrol now.” Then I start to pray with what I learn from Sunday school. Just a few second later, my teacher told me “Pey Wen, God answer your prayer, the petrol meter has gone up slightly.” Wow…amazing, I feel very happy and thank God for answering my prayer. It is my first time I saw that miracle happen from my little prayer. My teacher were impress too, she share this testimonial to my mother that how God help us . Although she is not a Christian, but she knew that Prayer is powerful that’s why she asking me to pray for it.
By 17 May, 1999 when I was 11 years old, I accepted Jesus Christ as my savior and baptized. I started to serve god after I have joined the adult service. Until 2006 after I graduated, I started to ask God for my future. What subject should I take? What kind of career is more suitable for me? When I put this in my prayer, God show me the way. After struggling for half years, I decided to join nursing in Lam Wah Ee College. In this 3 years I had to stop serving in my church but thank God I still got to attend Sunday service and God still love me and not forsaken me. In college , I join the medical Christian fellowship on every Thursday, and my non-Christian friends were too following us to this fellowship. Few of my friends started to know about Jesus and accepted Jesus as their savior in these 3 years. We share and pray for each other especially before we are sitting for the test. Thank God, we all pass the exam.
Thank God for giving me this opportunity to share how great thing he has done in my life. His love is ever lasting and his peace and joy are with me all the way.
