1st day wake up early because of gym... OMG really crazy with that I think. when reach there just 9am somethings. Had few of them start exercise hard. Wow...I thought in this time most of them need to work just few of them can really have time spend much in gym.
1st thing I try is cycling.
I use up 25 minutes for that . It help me lost 125 kcal .Great. Improved.
2nd i try is hand and back slimming. like cycling on your hand. wow... It's hard time for me. I just to get make it in 20 minutes.
3rd thing I try is jogging. use up about 25minutes.
I'm willing to get in weight trainning but the management people there advice me to build up my staminar 1st so that when I get in weight trainning won't cause me lots pain and hard.
