This is my 1st time to join this class. OMG, damn hard for me to twist my waist... like going to fall off... I prefer other dance, man... before start on the class, I done 20 mins cardio. After the class, I try jog with treadmile for another 25mins. wow, sweating ++...
After that I rest for awhile, I saw an aunty using a work out machiene that new to me. I try asking her how to use it. She teach me and she told me this is for trainning ur gluteal. Great...I like. So she give me the weight as beginner only, while trying it just nothing to me, then when she left. I try harder weight. WOW, I start feel something, but still doing with 15 rep. 2 cycles. Great. ^^ wonderful trainning today.
