God i really need you.... thanks God u din't forsake me.... i do thanks that u sent angles around to accompany me through out this stressful period.... i try to control my mind.... with the word of God and your strength that u added on me... i trust that i can walk along this period with God peace in my heart.... i can't imagine what will going on if i leave without you Lord...do hope u ans. my prayer... :)

My heavenly father, as i start on my revision, be there with me oh Lord i pray. i bring ur presence with me, i speak ur peace ur grace and ur mercy, and ur perfect order in my life... i thanks all the gifts u have blessed me with, i commit to use them responsibly in ur honour. Today after this camp i do realize something. I'm not a good nurse actually. In the camp, I have a church member accidently injured his hand by a broken umbrella yesterday. His blood oozing out.... That time, i'm not around to help him up... they try their best to use the solution in the 1st aids kit to help him up... After that, his dressing was soaked with blood again... So i use the solution that i not used to use to do dressing for him...do hope that will help him reduce the risk of infection... His hand was swelling and with my knowledge... i just know that ice do help to reduce the swelling. Other than that, i know nothing... i feel useless actually!!! haiz....
Today, i change the dressing for him again, I not realize anything was wrong about the solution. Until my sis asked that why this solution wont help much in healing process, so i do check for the expired date for the solution. I get shock when i found out that the solution was expired long time ago. hmm... this is a big mistake i had made... For a normal person, we do forgive them, but i'm a nurse. I'm not suppose to make this mistake anyway. Maybe routinely i used the solution in the hospital all is up to date because we will check it as routine on the nite duty. But.... i think from today onwards i have to make it as a practice to check up all expired date before apply any medication or serving medication to others.

This afternoon, when i on my facebook, i realize i had received a message from my previous patient. She was one of a nice and friendly patient i meet. She sent me a message through facebook. I get shocked when i read it... it so touch to me and as a encouragement too...
"....Just to let you know, you've made a difference in my life.. maybe you'd think that this is just a minor thing, but it has made a great impact to my life..." when read until this phase make my tear going to drop down... i'm so happy that God make a different in my life. This is what i hope i can make it in my nursing life. Eveyday before going to work, i started with a little prayer "... may the work that i do and the way that i do may bring faith , joy, love and a smile to all i come in contact today..." I do hope my patient can be better under my care and not getting worse after my care!!! Thanks God... it really a best present for me in this Raya...haha... this such a little encouragement do let me feel warm and worth. Thanks u my friendly patient and as my friend too that do share this to me... thanks ya!!!

dAY dREAM!!!

My holiday is going to the end... My brain really shut up, maybe due to the stresses coming back to my mind. I try my best to turn on my mind and deleted all the bad memories. I get headache on it... i try to take a rest at the sofa that I used to lie on it... unconsiously i get into sleep. I had a dream later on. In the dream, many weird thing happen to me. I started to dream about how my previous tutor appear at the cinema rushing me to finish updating my corsses... It's sound weird. Somemore the crosses is not about nursing, it have to do with usage of the umbrella when sunny and rainning day...Is there any different? what the purpose i'm taking this kinda of crosses... that's a stupid dream man... when i awake, is 12.30pm. i'm just using 10 mins to rest. So mean that the dream is just nice to fix in my resting period. i'm not resting anyway...
it's my 1st time i can remember what i dream... maybe it's a damn stupid dream i have ever make... anyways... i'm not gonna to remember it.... :)

My night Duty

Thanks God everything run smooth at my night duty... my patient all comfortable and slept well. Actually before i steps in the ward, i feel very complicated. I pray hard that nothing bad happen between my night duty... thanks God, it's granted... 1st night we have to renew our memory and adjust back to the routine. I try my best to make sure i done the correct things so that i won't get scolded by my preceptor.
My second night, I have to take charge for 4 patient. I don't think is the hard time for me, because previously my friends have to take turn to take charge for all 2 bay of patient. For me, I just taking charge for 1 bay, so is easier compare to them. I feel i'm the luckiest among them. But before shift handover, I just realize that have many sem1 student start working today. I have to pass to all of them too. Clinical instructor also there to take the report. I started to have a bit nervous at first, but i try to control myself so that I won't feel so nervous infront of them....
I started to pray in my heart....it's really works.... I feel more peace and calm. Finally i try my best to finish it with a min. mistake. Thanks God.
