Always do cardio, bit boring actually. Like usual, my 1st thing is try ride bic.

Today me secondary school christian fellowship have meeting. Topics is mother's day. wonderful games and worship there. the song they lead is same with what I planning to lead this sat. LOL... have to change again. So match....

Labour day~~~ after the ping pong competition , Jeff plan to go for steamboat. don't know what reason he sudden have this thinking to have it. But I thought i cant join because I'm on night shift... so bad...
But the day before , sudden received a call from my bOss said that I can have a good rest on labour day and no need working. Great news for me. Finally I can join them for the dinner. Hurray....

Me, sis and nicole is the 1st 3 persons reach for the steamboat. ~CK BBq machang bubok~
the layout is like this... look abit old style but still acceptable. I cannot just judge it buy the "looks" right...This is the steamboat..... 2 flavour ... tom yam and normal non spicy soup.

The 1st dish me and nicole take.... is ready made food.... to fulfill our empty stomach...

We get to have a cooking contest there.... great.... own recipe...

This make us laugh like mad person in the restaurant... really happy ending...

28042011 sakae sushi

Sudden have a strong feeling to eat sushi today, promotion rm2 per plate for sushi king customer. I get my friends Wendy, John, and Jeff go sunway carnival to have that.
I'm the 1st person to reach there. Wow.... sushi king was crowded..OMG....long queue.
Finally, I cancel up my wish to take my dinner at sushi king, go for sakae sushi. Great man, although also need to have a queue but at least is just a short queue not that bad.

I get to have my favorite kim chi soup.... yum yum... miss it...

this also one of my favourite... mushroom with stim eggs...

Drive long way to butterwoth for that... fulfill my wish to have sushi by today... I'm crazy man..

23042011 V-zone 1st outing

This is our Angel's outing group 1st outing....they are busy enjoying their food... look great.
by the way I'm the one helping them to take photo after I had received a "call back" call from my working place. Damn spoil my great mood actually. Well, I handle it well.

Had 2 new friends with us. So great. after sweating with playing ping pong and badminton, Is time for break and dinner.
