Thanks God we have a wonderful trip in Ipoh. Enjoy the place we went through and thanks Bro. Leong Heng who borrow us his Garmmin so that we can reach the destination as planned shortly.
Here is the 1st place I saw when reach the town area in Ipoh.

That's Town area... we can see Pejabat Tanah and Galian Perak Darul Ridzuan.

middle is the Big Field almost look alike in Penang area.

I take this before I went in the restaurant. From far can see the board written "Foh San"

After we left the kellie's castle, we move on to the Sungai Klah Hot Spring. On the way we go to the place, we passby the Tesco, Kampar...

We get in to buy eggs and basket that we need to use for boiling the egg at hot spring.

These group of people is waiting us to buy some stuff for chuch decoration on 70's show...

Finally back get our DINNER in Kampar...Yummy..... Love this trip so much although is much tiring for us. Thanks God again for giving me a wonderful trip and holidays...

Chair Fitness

That's my very first time using chair to do fitness. It's new to me and fresh. I like that, although is tiring. After doing the exercise, really tired. Shoulder have slight pain also, sudden miss my friend massage too.

"Economic" RIce

I miss the "jia jia" economic rice so much. Miss the curry fish the most. My lovely dad had brought for me my favorite food...yum yum... I miss that ^^. Actually that consider economic rice but the prize seem not really like what it's named. It cost for both of us about RM10++. Wow...but It really nice. Love it.

Awaiting to Go TRIP

I had plan to go for the trip for quite some times. Tomorrow must have fun there. This picture is Sungkai. My sis had went there before. It really fun as she described. My heavenly father, as we go along the way to Ipoh, be there with us and keep us safe as well as we back from Ipoh. Blessed us with a good weather and have a good relationship among us. In Jesus Christ name we prayed. Amen

Wonder Girls - Nobody performance

On 20 Nov we have to dance like this??? Really can't imagine that... But is fun for sure. Just worry we can't make it as perfect like this. We will try our best ^^

Today first thing I do is, open my laptop and play random song for stretching and start to recall back my modern dance step for the song Dance Bailalo Dance Remix. I like the step actually. After that, start preparing my stuff for my lunch "home cook ABC tang hun"

My church bro, jet msn told me he need my help to play piano on this sunday worship. I think for a second and straight answer him "yes, but I need someone to help me for my dance." OMG...what I'm doing. I like dance so much but for the moment I prefer piano? Am I crazy? I'm not great in piano, as a bro. just told me yesterday and that point make me tears in God. What I'm doing... God please strengthen me. I think I can make it better as he lead me.

Now is time for me to start thinking for my Deepavali trip to Ipoh. Plan to go "yam cha" first then continue to go to Kellies Castle to have a look and take picture.
Some of them suggested to go for the lost world to have fun there. Hope everything comes smooth as planned. God please lead this trip.

last night after my modern dance class I'm wondering what should I have for my dinner. I'm damn hungry for that moment. When I reach home my lovely sis volunteer to cook maggie mee for me. Wow... I get shocked but anyway I'm very thankful I get to eat the Maggie Mee with favourite bovil soup.

lovely Jazz exercise

Today really boring day, when open my eyes I start thinking what can I do for today? Outing??? Shopping??? Finally, I plan to sit at home, wash my cloth and continue be FBI (facebook instructor). Actually is meaningless, but I'm quite lazy to go out with a nice cloudy day. I had finished my last episode of 读心神探, that movie really great. I like it so much.
My dad is a lovely dad. He brought me lunch so I can't even have feeling of hungry for a day. Great daddy... ^^
After napping, I go for my fitness class. OMG, I met a serious traffic jam along the way I go for my class. It takes me 1 hours + to reach the fitness centre. During the traffic jam, I listen to the sermon that I had miss out on sunday service. In God plans, I finished the whole sermon along the way. Thanks God for the traffic jam too, if not I think I need to keep repeating the sermon for another few more times.
I join 1 and the half classes. Slimming dance and Jazz exercise. I like Jazz exercise so much. It so lively and with the music and beat, I enjoyed. Whole mind is relaxing and emptying for all the rubbish thinking been collected. Looking forward for the next class.
After fitness, I just have a cup of milo with 4pcs of biscuit and lovely honey star. Start on my diet meal onwards, hope I can make it for a week time.
Great news for me, I found 1 of my secondary school classmate had believe in christ. That's great and happy when I know that. Thanks God for leading him, I can see his change and differents. Thanks God. God is great all the time ^^
